The objectives of this research were to study the managerial skills of the school administrators and the academic administration from the viewpoints of teachers in the schools under the control of the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service and to study the relationship between the managerial skills of the schools’ management and the academic administration of the schools under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service. The research samples were 341 teachers whom have operated within the responsible areas of the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service during the academic year of 2013. The research data collection tools were the 2 - part questionnaire forms in which the firstpart contained 30 questions that specifically asked about the managements skills of the administrators,whereas, the second part was designed to gather information about the academic administration of the schools and it contained 68 questions. In order to determine the quality of the questionnaire forms, the values of Alpha coefficient were calculated which yielded the reliability value for the management skills of the administrators of 0.88 and the value of corrected item - total correlation ranging from 0.40 - 0.66 and the reliability value for the schools’ academic administration of 0.87 and its value of corrected item - total correlation ranging from 0.31 - 0.74 and the total reliability value for both questionnaire forms was
at 0.95. Statistical tools used in the research included the values of average, statistic deviation, Alpha coefficient, and Pearson’s product moment correlation.
