The objectives of this research are to study and compare the academic supervision at schools under the point of views of supervisors of the office of Rayong Primary Education Service Area. The independent variables can be categorized and classified by working status, work experience, and school sizes. The research samples consist of 354 respondents from those
who work in the responsible areas and under the supervision of Rayong Primary Education Service.Research tool for data collection is a five-rating questionnaire with reliability value of 0.98. The collected data is then analyzed by applying statistical tools and methods such as values
of percentage, mean average, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Also, the pair difference has been tested by Scheffe′method.
